Description:
We love this cake, I usually buy it, but my sis in law expert on making this cake, I thought I learn it my self, on my 2nd attempt not to bad at all, I did it, n taste not to bad, as it was nothing left on Bobby's b'day. Most important of all my husband thought it was scrupmtous.

Ingredients:
150gr cooking chocolate (plain)
5 eggs
175 gr sugar (icing sugar, sieved)
3 tbsp hot water

For the filling:
425ml double cream
50 gr icing sugar (sieved)
25 gr unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp instant coffee
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (extract)

Decoration:
icing sugar
any fresh fruits (sliced)
whipped cream and grated chocolate

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180C
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water.
Put the egg yolks into a large bowl. Add the sugar and beat well until pale
Add hot water to the chocolate and stir until smooth. Whisk into the egg mixture.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Lightly fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour greased and lined 30 x 24 cm swiss roll pan
Cook in the oven for 15 - 20 mins, until firm.
Remove from the oven, cover with a sheet of greaseproof or waxed paper, damp tea-towel. Leave until completely cold.
To make the filling put all the ingredients into a bowl. Whisk until thick and chill.
Turn roulade on to a sheet of greaseproof paper, dusted with icing sugar. Peel away lining paper.
Spread the filling over the roulade to within 2.5 cm from the edge. Fold it like a swiss roll, using the greaseproof paper to help.
Place seam side down on a serving plate and chill for one hour before serving.
To serve dredge the roulade with icing sugar, pipe whipped cream down the centre and decorate with fresh fruits, or grated chocolate

Description:
Easy, quick and simple recipe. Suitable to company your afternoon tea or light snack for the children.

Ingredients:
125g Sugar
50g Margarine
1 Banana (mashed)
150g Self Raising flour
1/2teaspoon vanila essence
1 medium size egg

Directions:
Beat margarine and sugar together, mix well
Add all other ingredients. Put it into 450g size loaf tin (greased and lined with greased proof paper).
Bake in pre-heated oven on 190C/375F or gas mark 5 for 45 minutes or until cooked.

Ingredients:
6 potatoes
1 1/2 lb lamb shoulder or breast
2 lamb kidneys [optional]
1 large onion , sliced
salt and pepper
1 cup water
2 tablespoons melted butter.



Directions:
Place half the potatoes in greased casserole, then add meat, cut into cubes. Cover with sliced onion and season with salt and pepper. Add water. Place remaining potatoes on top, covering meat completely. Brush with melted butter. Place in moderate oven 350 F and cook for 2 hours. Serves 4-6.

Serombotan adalah salah satu jenis lauk pauk yang terbuat dari campuran dari beberapa jenis sayuran seprti kangkung, bayam, buncis, tauge, buah kacang panjang, kecipir dan terong dengan bumbu. Serombotan dibuat untuk hidangan, dimakan sebagai teman nasi dan di jual.


Ingredients:
Bahan
Kangkung 2 ikat
Bayam 2 ikat
Buncis 100 g
Tauge 250 g
Kacang panjang 2 ikat
Kecipir 4 ikat

Bumbu
Sambal kelapa:
Kelapa 0,5 butir
Bawang putih 4 siung
Cabai besar 2 buah
Cabai kecil 2 buah
Terasi secukupnya
Kencur secukupnya
Lengkuas 3 iris
MSG 10 g

Sambal koples:
Cabai 10 buah
Terasi secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
Kacang tanah 50 g
Jeruk limo 1 buah
Minyak kelapa secukupnya

Directions:
Cara Pembuatan
Sambal kelapa dibuat sebagai berikut: daging kelapa diparut, kemudian disangrai. Bahan sambal kelapa lainnya digiling sampai halus. selanjutnya semua bahan sambal dicampur sehingga diperoleh sambal kelapa. Sambal koples (sambal encer) dibuat sebagai berikut: terasi dipanggang dan kacang tanah digoreng. Semua bahan-bahan lainnaya ditambah dengan terasi panggang dan kacang tanah goreng digiling sampai halus. Selanjutnya ke dalam hasil gilingan tersebut ditambahkan dengan sedikit minyak kelapa dan jeruk limo dan air agar campuran bumbu menjadi agak encer. Selanjutnya semua jenis sayuran sebagai bahan serombotan masing-masing direbus didalam air mendidih sampai matang. setelah matang ditiriskan sambil disiram dengan air dingin. Setiap jenis sayuran setelah dingin dipotong-potong. Bila serombotan mau dihidangkan maka setiap jenis sayuran yang telah dipotong-potong diambil dengan jumlah yang hampir sama, selanjutnya diberi sambal kelapa dan sambal koples secukupnya, terus dicampur dan diaduk. Serombotan siap dihidangkan bersama nasi.
